Based in Delaware County, PA, The Munchy Machine is a scoobilicious inspired food truck, solving the toughest cases of the munchys throughout the Delaware Valley. Our menu features inventive sandwiches, snacks and desserts, as well as a few surprises to keep the gang on it’s toes.
About Chef kane
Ralph Kane graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in 2001. He went on to work and manage kitchens as far north as Bar Harbor, ME and as far south as New Orleans, LA, including time at the reputable Commander's Palace. With over 15 years experience in the culinary field, from fine dinning to bistros, his passion only grew to create inventive, delicious (and sometimes outrageous) dishes. Chef Kane is now a full-time culinary arts instructor in Cinnaminson, NJ. When not teaching young adults how to cook, he can be found leading The Munchy Machine to it’s next big adventure.
